This workshop is designed for mental health clinicians, bodyworkers, healers, yoga teachers, or other practitioners to learn Reiki for self-healing, energetic self-care and house-cleaning, and nervous system regulation and balance. Energy is all around us and when we are in close contact with others, there are effects that we all need to be mindful of. 

Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese modality that promotes awareness, stress reduction, relaxation, self-healing, and energetic protection and boundaries. 

• This Reiki Level 1 workshop includes:
  ~learning the foundations and history of Reiki.
  ~exploring the basics of self care and energetic “house cleaning” which can be useful as a clinician before, during, and after sessions.
  ~learning easy grounding and techniques to clear negative energy and keep your own system regulated.
• ~and much, much more!

**Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Chairs will be provided for those who are more comfortable seated.  

Healthy snacks, water, tea, and coffee will be provided throughout this workshop.
